Service Description
This is a 60 minute session. Offered to children and youth ages 6 to 16. Our registered ACCT therapist focuses on supporting children and youth through a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, and neurodivergence. They offer compassionate therapy for navigating significant life transitions, such as grief, loss, and family changes, including divorce and blending families. With expertise in trauma, self-love, and relationship support, they help young clients build resilience and emotional well-being. Whether navigating milestones or facing mental health challenges, our therapist provides a supportive space for growth and healing.
Cancellation Policy
You are welcome to cancel or reschedule your booking up to 48 hours in advance without any fee. I understand that sometimes plans change, and I appreciate your help in letting me know as early as possible. Please note that if there is a last-minute cancellation or a no-show, I will need to charge a fee, as it is difficult to fill those spots on such short notice. Thank you for your understanding!
